What is it
With this puzzle, children learn to link numerical secrets of shapes and pictures in a manipulative puzzle game.
The decagon base, with cut-outs for each number 0 to 9, houses physical representations of numbers at progressive levels of difficulty. Removable insert pictures show links between numbers, language, art, music, science, etc. and can be used as a vocabulary development tool or a memory game.
Purchase the base and each individual level of pieces desired.

What our experts think
A well made and aesthetically pleasing wooden puzzle with a definite educational element. We liked how it could be used alone or in pairs/groups. There were lots of elements which covered numerous mathematical concepts: number recognition, shape, counting, matching and logic. This is great for assisting your child’s National Curriculum learning at home with their friends or siblings.
The puzzle also helps children to develop their sensory skills, spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination as they manipulate the pieces and find the correct places for them. Puzzles and memory games like this are also great for building children’s first logic and problem-solving skills and the progressive levels of difficulty mean they can develop their ability. We liked how the game made children think and for an educational product, it had a good level of fun.
