What our experts think
The Busy Me Electronic Cash Register was a hit with our testers, encouraging them to engage in imaginative role-play, the superfood of the balanced play diet! They took it in turns to be the shop keeper and customers, this kind of play is great as it allows them to act out and make sense of different scenarios they may have seen in a real-life shop setting.
The colours of the cash register were eye-catching and the children couldn’t wait to get started pressing all the buttons and playing with the money. However, we did find that the paper money got screwed up quite quickly by our younger testers. The different noises were very realistic and some of our testers even made announcements to their shop on the microphone!
