What is it
Nampa Forest features a group of cute characters who feature in five mini games. There is no scoring as the focus is on having fun – each game ends with the characters having a dance in the forest disco!
The app includes five mini-games: play with the characters in a field of daisies, pop balloons with the help of bees, dive into water, catch some fish and dress the characters up for the party.
Each of the games are colourful and fun to play; it has an easy to use, child-friendly interface

What our experts think
Nampa Forest is a fun and engaging app for young children; we loved the quirky animations and the element of humour. The gameplay is intuitive and there is no speech or text. We liked the way in which the app guided children if they were unsure of what to do (this happened after a couple of seconds of inactivity.)
Our testers really liked the dressing up game and the disco dancing at the end. They also liked that when they replayed games there were other things to look our for (like the shark who made rude noises and made the children giggle!)
The addition of the adjustable speed function on flower field and bees and balloons games means that the level of challenge can be adjusted.
It would be even better if...
We would have liked it if there were more games within the app!
