The Good Toy Guide’s Play Day at John Lewis
This Wednesday, the Good Toy Guide team will be returning to John Lewis to share their unique insight into children’s play, toys and development throughout.
This is the third time we have hosted a play day at John Lewis with our first 2 events going so well we were finalists in this year’s Progressive Preschool Awards for Best Retailer Initiative for Preschool Sector award.
From 10am – 1pm on Wednesday 2nd December 2015, the Team will be on hand to help customers choose Christmas presents for their children that aren’t five minute wonders and will also be able to give advice on which toys to choose for children who may have particular needs.
Children will have the chance to play with some of the best toys available whilst the adults find out how play can help children develop their essential skills, whilst at the same time having fun.
The Play Day will take place at the Cambridge branch of John Lewis’ Toy department, on Wednesday 2nd November between 10am and 1pm.
Dr. Amanda Gummer from the Good Toy Guide says, “We’re delighted to be able to work with John Lewis to help parents understand more about play and the toys they buy. It’s great to see a retailer taking such a caring approach to its customers”Tags: educational toys, John Lewis
