“Good Toys” Donated To Hospital’s Children’s Ward

East & North Herts Hospitals Charity was delighted when the Good Toy Guide offered to donate over £250 of “Good Toys” to the children’s ward.

Jackie Worboys from the Good Toy Guide said, “As a large part of our work is reviewing children’s toys we are sent quite a few samples from toy manufacturers. Spare samples are used in competitions, giveaways and CSR work supporting children’s right to play. It has been great to visit the children’s ward and we are really pleased that these toys will help entertain poorly children who have to stay in hospital”.

Zoe Doherty fundraiser for East & North Herts Hospitals Charity said, “The children’s ward treats over 3,000 children every year and we are always in need of brand new toys for the children to play with. It is never great for children having to stay in hospital, so being able to play in the playroom and have the distraction of new toys definitely helps to put a smile back on their faces. We are very grateful to the Good Toy Guide for thinking of us.

The team at Good Toy Guide are always looking for toy companies who are interested in submitting toys.
